Jade inventory software for dealers
Jade pieces are jadeite and nephrite stones sourced mainly from Myanmar, Guatemala, Russia and China. Jadeite is graded on treatment type, and buyers expect a lab report on higher-value pieces. Each piece is unique, so it needs its own photographs and its own record.
What to record for each jade
Typical fields: type (A, B or C), colour, translucency, dimensions and lab report number. GemColony keeps these on the stone record with photos and a barcode or QR label.
Parcels, lots and memos
Buy jade pieces as a lot, split it into parcels and single stones, and send stones out on memo while seeing who holds them and for how long.
Learn moreAI analysis from photos
Upload photos and GemColony's AI suggests type, origin, clarity and treatment, and can propose a market price. Use it as a second opinion; it does not replace a laboratory report.
Learn moreCertificates and sharing
Issue a provenance certificate with an online verification link and share any jade with a branded link or QR code.
